Monday: Baked potatoes (toppings include butter, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onion, fresh diced chives, Mexican sour cream, soy bacon bits, TVP taco “meat”)

Tuesday: Tuna cakes with dill tartar sauce, cheddar biscuits

Wednesday: Red kidney bean soup with lime yogurt

Thursday: Salmon burgers

Friday: It’s Hanukkah! I’ll be making a separate post about the Hanukkah menu.
